Over 20 years experience working in a wide gamut of marketing corporate and agency workplaces, teaching students and having managed and developed a website for 7 years, I bring a wealth of commercial experience, with tangible soft skills. I have transitioned from designer to Project Management to fully utilise my strengths. Commercial skills - iMoved.me; • Used ‘Agile’-style principles to deliver a web-based business for over 7 years, from concept to service. • Creating UI, wire-frames and user flows to then brief developers and a digital agency to develop the website. • Managed marketing and advertising of the service, along with advertising roles for developers and sales staff. • Continuous oversight, maintaining a 99%+ uptime and security. • Prioritising where to focus and develop, working within a budget and time constraints. • Scheduling meetings and presenting to companies across a variety of sectors and service providers to promote the business. • Managing company finances. • Risk assessment and reporting, data logging/tracking and performance reviews, road mapping and planning- Was a part-production manager on a ‘street art documentary’ with an Australian company, Birdcage, to schedule interviews and scout locations. Also undertook photography and filming work- Proficient with Adobe suite and Microsoft products- Traffic management for design studios, prioritising work with account managers, various deadlines and briefing members of the design team. Time management, resource and work scheduling was critical- Managing and prioritising job responsibilities for freelance work, managing and monitoring work loads.
