About Kit Jeppesen

I have been working with Dynamics Ax since version 2.5 - since 2006 as a consultant. I have a broad knowledge of the functions within the Finance and Logistics modules. My focus is to ensure that our customers continue to benefit from Dynamics Ax also after they have gone live. My main tasks have been support and handling of "minor" modifications for customers after they have gone live. I have worked as a Support Desk Consultant managing support calls from contract customers. This has included both ensuring SLA achievement and resolving issues to the highest degree of customer satisfaction. Prior to this I have experience from working in both smaller and larger companies and from many of the administrative departments of a company: Finance, Sale, Purchase, Inventory management, Logistics and IT. My native language is Danish but I am fluent in English in both speech and writing. In the past I have also served German speaking customers and I understand the Scandinavian languages as well. In my work I always strive to find the solution to a problem that brings the highest possible level of satisfaction among the users. In the future I would like to continue to assist users in getting the most out of their ERP system both by providing support to the current solution and by taking part in further development of the system. Specialties: My specialties are; teamwork; the ability to quickly understand a reported problem; maintaining focus on the original problem and analyze it to be able to find a suitable solution. I have mainly worked with the following areas of Dynamics AX: Finance, Inventory Management, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable but also know my way arround other areas of the application.
