About Kit Lim

Hi, I am Kit — a change enabler, culture shaper, inclusion advocate, coach and mentor. With almost two decades of experience spanning business development, marketing and client relationships, my work has always centred on one thing: people. Whether driving customer engagement or shaping employee experience, I believe in the power of human-centric design to unlock lasting impact. In 2020, I made a deliberate pivot — from focusing on external customers to transforming internal cultures. Leveraging my background in customer experience (CX), I now specialise in designing powerful employee experiences (EX) that foster belonging, resilience, and adaptability. Today, I spearhead change enablement and inclusion within my organization, providing support to teams and employees as we navigate transitions. I steer our change strategy with practical toolkits, coaching, and integrated practices that empower people to not only manage transformation but also excel through it. As a speaker and podcast host, I explore what truly drives performance, engagement and human connection in the workplace. In 2023, my podcast “Beyond the Numbers: What Makes a True Star Performer” was named one of Tigerhall's Most Popular Podcast. I am passionate about building inclusive cultures where everyone feels seen and supported. I coach leaders, mentor emerging talent, and champion wellbeing and mindfulness as essential tools for sustainable performance.
