MY PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE A highly versatile individual with more than 15 years of professional experience, I have a strong background in both commercial and people development. A strong believer of great EX (employee experience) leads to great CX (client experience), I am experienced in diversity and inclusion, employee well-being, engagement and culture and internal communications. On the commercial front, I strongly believe in value creation for clients and customers and creating a holistic and human-centric approach towards business development and marketing. I am also passionate about personal well-being and mindfulness and have been actively involved in these causes at the workplace. I am motivated to inspire people towards living a healthy work-life balance. As an avid mental health advocate, I believe self-care to be extremely important for our mental and emotional well-being. MY PERSONAL MANTRA “Live life without regrets!” As cliche as it sound, I strongly believe in leading a life without regrets, pursuing our (day)dreams, perseverance and grit to be key to success (yes, thanks to Angela’s Duckworth tedtalk!) I embrace a growth mindset, and see the inclusive leadership model to be the North Star of my professional career. MY ALTER EGO I enjoy yoga, quiet meditations, reading, personal self development moments and giving back to the community. I am also the mindfulness and wellbeing co-chair of Primetime Women Association, a non-profit based in Singapore that aims to connect business and professional women and help them reach their highest potential. I also enjoy youth mentoring, and have been in involved in various youth volunteering programmes including Halogen Foundation, Advisory and Youth Mental Well-being Network.
