As a result, I enabled the organization to conduct 15 critical vendor onsite assessments within a year with half the team size. TOOL INTEGRATION & ADOPTION: At the same organization, I leveraged technology to drive performance enhancements, identifying and executing advanced protocols to streamline operations. This resulted in an impressive 80%+ acceleration in reporting turnaround and an 80% increase in risk assessment approval rates within strategic timeframes.
