About Kit Srinivasan

I have an interesting mix of work experience spanning over 19 years from two very different fields and in two different countries; International Affairs (Finland) and Food science and Nutrition (India). While my career in India helped me gain a strong foundation in administration, teaching and research, my current profession in Finland brings the best of my strengths in complex coordination, communication, organization, innovation and positive persuasion. I have travelled in various core units and functions in the Higher Education sector and have enjoyed shaping up strategic visions into tangible and beneficial outcomes. Currently, my main responsibilities include engaging with key international partners, managing a portfolio of collaboration projects and coordinating an international network involving Indian and Finnish higher educational institutions. In my spare time, I volunteer in various activities in the Indian Women in Finland (IWF Ry) organization and take care of finances for the Boys 07 floor ball team in the Grankulla IFK sports club. I love helping, mentoring and motivating people from all walks of life in matters related to education, career and living in Finland.
