I ask thoughtful questions, seek understand with an aim to unblock, and always have the ultimate goals of the project within view when problem solving.A people-person who gets energy from interacting with others, I am imaginative, passion-driven and full of ideas. I have the ability to see potential and possibility everywhere.​My background in operations and administration means I understand the necessity of having proper knowledge and context of the objectives of my team, and the working parts that help achieve those goals. I do well in fast-paced environments and have plenty of experience multi-tasking, prioritising and helping to guide others.
