Some of my fondest memories at vCom take place during our annual Employee Summit—an all-day event dedicated to celebrating our achievements and planning for our future. It's a day filled with energy, teamwork, and recognition. Being part of this event, celebrating our collective success and bonding with the team, truly underscores the supportive and dynamic culture we foster at vCom. Speaking of our culture, it's something quite special. Imagine a workplace that not only values innovation but also gives you the autonomy to think creatively and push boundaries. It’s a place where collaboration is not just encouraged—it's a way of life. Everyone goes above and beyond, not just for their clients, but for each other. Before joining vCom, I honed my communication and project management skills as a Communication Instructor and later as a Project Manager. These roles prepared me for the multifaceted challenges of recruitment, where effective communication is just as crucial as strategic thinking. Colleagues often seek my advice on everything from enhancing their presentation skills to navigating recruitment processes. Outside the office, you might find me enjoying the great outdoors on a hike, cheering loudly at a sports event, or spending quality time with my fiancé and friends. A fun fact about me? I once had lunch with Charley Steiner, a famed sports announcer, thanks to my studies at the Charley Steiner School of Sports Communication.
