I am proud to work with our bank's best clients toward a wholistic approach to their financial goals. From wealth management to estate planning to daily banking needs, I pride myself in building strong relationships to help create a more positive banking experience. This is not just my job - this is a passion for serving others. In addition to my career with Central Bank, I am enormously proud of my involvement with Red Slipper Warrior Project. Red Slipper's mission is to instill confidence and courage in women and girls fighting cancer. We focus on an oft-missed part of the overall treatment plan- emotional and psychological support for our Warriors (those with cancer) as well as their "co-patients"( spouse, family member, friends). My husband founded this NFP following the death of his wife to colon cancer. Recognizing that despite excellent medical treatments, there was a definite void in the realm of emotional and psychological support following her palliative diagnosis. We offer tools and resources to help our Warriors focus on winning the day, regardless of other factors. We give our Warriors powerful tangible reminders that she's still her, she's still beautiful. That cancer doesn't define her.(the red slippers!) And that she has it deep within her to be a fierce Warrior in her battle with cancer. To face each day with a "Win the Day" attitude.(the "go bag") Our little Warriors receive their slippers along with a custom designed plush rabbit,"Hope"(who dons her matching blingy, red slippers)along with a children's book our founder authored, entitled Addie's Hope- a beautiful tale of love, support, courage, and acceptance. While my husband is the heart and soul of the organization, I enthusiastically lend my business background and relationships built over decades, to help drive Red Slipper now in 24 states and 4 countries. Together we and our team of volunteers have changed the way nearly women and girls approch this fight for their lives. It's remarkably humbling and uplifting.
