About Kitti Guo

I am a Registered Nurse with over 15 years experience in leadership of teams within Aged Care and Clinical settings. I am highly skilled in providing emphasis in audit and support in relation to assessment and classification. I possess specific skills in facilitating and auditing, creating of care plans, optimising funding and delivery of staff training. As an experienced clinician in this field I have proven expertise in the application of the ANACC business rules and processes and linking to specialists and allied health professionals. I enjoy developing programs which maximise outcomes for the client at the same time providing appropriate care and support which reflects the needs of clients and their family. With the skill set and experience I have, and the passion I have for this industry, I am keen to broaden my skill set to benefit community settings, residential care, home care and assisting people with disabilities.
