I'm Kitty Appels, an experienced leader, trainer, and holistic coach with a deep passion for helping people and organizations grow. My professional journey bridges the food industry and human development – enabling sustainable performance from both a strategic and personal perspective. As CEO and co-founder of Food Safety Experts, I empower QA and Food Safety professionals to accelerate implementation, build influence, and improve real-life food safety outcomes. We are proud to be an official IFS Academy Trainer Company and active member of the International Association for Food Protection (IAFP). In addition, I co-lead Food Strategy Institute, where we mentor QA Directors and leadership teams in the food industry. We support strategic and cultural transformation that turns compliance into conscious performance. I’m also the founder of Twinkles of Hope, my holistic coaching practice, where I work with executives and individuals to reduce stress, prevent burnout, and reconnect with purpose. I'm a trained EFT practitioner, Peter Hess® Sound Massage therapist, and an advanced meditator in the method of Dr. Joe Dispenza. Whether I work with organizations or individuals, I bring a unique mix of clarity, structure, and heart. Transformation starts with awareness – and grows through action.
