About Kitty Camarda

As a Human Resources Business Partner at Distinguished Programs, I leverage my Caliper Certification and skills in LinkedIn Talent Insights and Workday Human Capital Management to support the strategic growth and development of the organization. I have 8+ years of experience in human resources, working with various teams and leaders across the insurance industry. Previously, I was a Human Resources Manager at Council Advisors, where I managed the HR operations and processes for a network of executive leadership firms. I also contributed to the successful transition and rebranding of the company from G100 Companies, where I started as a Human Resources Associate in 2017. My core competencies include employee engagement, performance management, talent acquisition, and organizational development. I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment, where people can thrive and achieve their potential. I am always eager to learn new ways to enhance the HR function and align it with the business objectives and culture.
