I am a dedicated educator with twenty years of teaching, training, facilitating, coaching, and curriculum development experience. My highlighted skill set includes developing, designing, and implementing curriculum, monitoring and evaluating programs, and facilitating meetings, workshops, and classes. I have a passion for relationship management and a mission for excellence. I am a dedicated professional who values integrity, honesty, and impartiality. I believe that every person should be afforded educational opportunities aimed at helping them achieve their maximum learning potential. I believe that a contemporary educational system needs to employ new levels of synergy between the various existing educational models, strategies, and techniques in order to effectively meet and manage the divergent and diverse learning needs of contemporary learners. I believe the educational industry should manage the process of learning in such a way as to offer a variety of innovative programs and platforms that differentiate, engage and instruct. My vision for effective educational leadership encompasses a progressive combination of leadership styles that seeks to proactive involve all team members to derive the best possible outcome. The leadership team should continuously seek opportunities to utilize and expand best practices. They should be passionate about ensuring the successful outcome of all initiatives and advocate for progressive academic and professional changes. The team should strive for excellence in themselves and others, employ effective relationship-building skills, and be motivated to drive student performance and parental partnership. I believe a successful school leadership team should have the following primary guiding focuses:~ Attracting, selecting, and retaining the best talent to meet the current educational needs ~ Being innovative, action-oriented, and willing to take on new opportunities and new challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm ~ Ensuring accountability and productivity both individually and through partnership development ~ Managing the uncertainties of our ever-changing times, new technology, new demands, and cultural changes ~Maintaining a constant spirit of flexibility and creativity in an effort to deal with problems that do not have clear outcomes or solutions
