My name is Kiyoshi, and I bring over 10 years of experience in Public Accounting. I am committed to being a dynamic leader who fosters innovation within my work, empowers my teammates, and maintains positivity in interactions with others.PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCEMost recently, I provided tax compliance services for privately held businesses and their individuals. Before this, I transitioned from domestic tax compliance to serve as a Transfer Pricing Senior for two years, executing financial modeling for various projects, including IP migration and restructuring. Additionally, I prepared US and global transfer pricing documentation studies and conducted benchmarking searches for licensing and intercompany sales of goods and services. My early career includes over two years at a Big 4 firm, focusing on tax compliance for individuals in the alternative investment industry.LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCEI believe in contributing beyond my direct responsibilities. I served as Chair of the Armanino Staff Advisory Board (SAB) for one year and was a board member for two terms (four years). I was also involved in Armanino's Diversity & Inclusion Committee (The IDEAL Team) and led as President of the Distinguished Armanino Toastmasters Club during its inaugural year.PERSONAL INTERESTSOutside of work, I am passionate about coaching basketball for children in the Bay Area.
