With over 10+ years experience as a Medical Social Worker, Kizzy has worked for organizations such as Orlando Health and Emory Healthcare. Her expertise in the geriatric population, has made her a well-sought after individual. She can assist patients and families with navigating complex medical systems, understanding patient plans of care, connecting home health agencies and rehabilitation service to patients in need.
