I began my career in the banking sector, where I built a solid foundation in client relations and process-driven performance. After relocating to the UK, I transitioned into hospitality management, holding several leadership roles that deepened my skills in team management, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality customer experiences. For the past 5+ years, I’ve been part of South East Water, where I’ve progressed from Customer Services Specialist and Billing Advisor to a more technical path within Developer Services. My journey here has included roles as Quality Assurance Coordinator and now Senior Technical Lead — a position where I manage both people and processes, ensuring our day-to-day operations run efficiently and with a strong focus on quality and compliance. My current focus is on driving improvement in our DMEX (Developer Services Measure of Experience) score by enhancing service delivery, internal collaboration, and stakeholder satisfaction. I’m passionate about continuous improvement, developing high-performing teams, and making a positive impact across every aspect of the business.
