About Klaus Landes

With more than twenty years of experience in ICT, of which about ten years in ICT administration, I have broad knowledge of ICT technologies and management processes. In the last few years my focus was mainly in setting up management processes according to ITIL (incident management, change management, CMDB management etc). I also contributed to the quality management system of Winvision and the ISO9001 certification. I am used to work independently, think analytically, to create structural solutions and to work according to project management principles. In the function as transition manager I was able to apply these skills and act as a switch between project management, customer and IT administrators. Good communication skills and customer focus played a major role in this. In my role as a license manager, I have provisioned and implemented the process around software asset Management. I have been able to gain experience with the licensing programs of different suppliers.
