About Klaus Strobl

I am an inhouse lawyer with long term experience (+/- 20 years) gained in an international context. I am as well qualified as a mediator with an academic education (Sigmund Freud University Vienna). My job profile is to support all commercial activities of Colt Group across Europe. I enjoy the privilege of managing a team of almost 20 extremely qualified and skilful lawyers who are all supporting in a great way. My main strenghts- hands on approach - always looking for pragmatic solutions - strong focus on resolving problems - unconventional and creative thinking - high level of ownership and responsibility - business orientation in combination with strong sense of acumen - distinct financial/economic background. In terms of leadership I got more than 15 years of management experience including the management of an international team of lawyers in various countries and jurisdictions (focus on Europe but including management of Indian team members as well).
