I’m a current student at Western Sydney University, studying a Bachelor of Nursing and a Bachelor of Medical Science majoring in Anatomy and Physiology, where I was involved in a research project that studied the ‘Anatomical Variations of Lungs’. My previous and current employment has complimented my clinical skills obtained from my nursing degree, with my involvement in St John Ambulance during the COVID-19 Emergency Deployment. During this time, I was able to vaccinate as a Student Registered Nurse and assist in achieving the 70% needed in NSW. Similarly, my experience working in a laboratory setting has also reinforced the skills I obtained as a current Medical Science student.
