About Kltham Alolayan

Through bachelor’s of international relations experience in Kuwait I acquired academic knowledge in regards to Middle Eastern politics, gender issues, human rights international law and policies. Understood the organization framework of international NGO’s. Completing a master’s degree in the graduate school of Asia-Pacific studies enabled me with a great understanding of local and international politics of various South East, Eastern Asia and Central Asian countries especially Japan. Experience in emergency call center operations as I worked as a dispatcher and technical operator. I was able to develop the ability to work under pressure skills, communication and problem solving skills. For 1 year I experienced working as a legal document auditor in assistance to a police department detective. Where I acquired document analysis, auditing, confidentiality and organization skills.
