I’m passionate about implementing sustainability within organizations. I lead KPMG’s climate advisory services, focusing on both mitigation and adaptatation, and guide companies in their ESG reporting journeys. A core part of my work is making complex topics clear and understandable, even in difficult contexts, so leaders can make confident decisions and turn insight into action.Climate change is one of the main challenges of our time, and I’m thrilled to be part of that journey for our clients. This entails measuring GHG emissions, setting up climate transition plans, as well as assessing physical and transition climate risks.Water resilience is where climate change becomes tangible. I focus on helping organizations build sustainable water systems that balance supply and demand, even during water scarcity, while considering water quality needs and understanding impacts across value chains. My aim is always the same: to turn complexity into clarity and enable resilient, data‑driven decisions when conditions are dry, wet, or uncertain.On top, I'm helping clients navigate their ESG reporting and CSRD challenges. We help out end-to-end: assessing the scope of reporting, performing a double materiality assessment, gap assessment, setting targets, developing an operating model and governance, capturing and transforming data, and ultimately, empowering organizations to become more sustainable by keeping track of performance and by obtaining actionable data-driven insights on how to improve.
