SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS In the four years I was at RamQuest, I lead over training classes for 200+ clients throughout the United States. This has given me the unique opportunity to understand differences in the Real Estate regulations and software needs in different jurisdictions. During my year at HRSmart, I managed a portfolio of thirty clients, which included six of the ten most valuable clients in the company’s portfolio. Through my business values and ethics, I was able to develop and launch processes that directly increased our client satisfaction rating by 42%. As Client Relations Advisor for Implementation and Problem Management at Real Page, I was one of two founding members asked to create the Crossfire Call Center which included creating all processes, training for clients and internal staff. During the four years, I assisted in increasing the portfolio from one to over 600 clients, including some of the industries national leaders.
