Interim manager since '08 An 'always life crafting' kind of guy with an unbridled curiosity about everything that has to do with commerce and human behavior. For that reason, not really made to stay in one place for too long. On the other hand, born to be an interim manager! At the age of 26 (at the height of the credit crisis) I very consciously chose the 'interim existence'. I thrive on strong commercial ambitions in the most diverse places, but also on situations in which an intervention is necessary. What do I deliver? Commercial/digital brain and execution power. For concrete programs and/or projects with a 'head and a tail'. Or temporary leadership. My specialty is mainly at the intersection of commerce and digital/IT. Examples are roles as E-commerce Manager, Digital Program/Projectlead,(online) trade marketing manager or general marketing management. Leadership style: Tough on results. Gentle on relationships. My style is characterized by a coaching attitude, aiming to foster as much entrepreneurship within teams as possible. It's no-nonsense but with humor, simplifying matters to make the goal clear and maintaining that clarity. Then, proceeding with as much enjoyment and confidence as possible until reaching the finish line.
