Background

About Koen Vergote

For the longest part of my career, I have been working and living in Emerging Market countries like Turkey and Colombia. Converting the potential of EM in financially sound business within the framework of a volatile economic and (geo) political environment has been at the core of my career. Practical hands-on approach, analytical & summarizing skills, financial analytical analysis and ability to empathize have allowed me to start up companies, integrate them within the group and guide them financially safe through their growth curve. Able to asses both the big picture as well as the detail I have experience in manufacturing, HR, logistics, purchasing, sales, finance, start-up, and strategy. I am a clear communicator and I speak next to the classic 4 languages (Dutch, French, German, English) also Turkish and Spanish.
