I graduated with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science from Deakin University in November 2024. My previous work experience includes three years in hospitality at a local café and restaurant, where I developed key skills such as problem-solving, responsibility, communication, flexibility, and time management as an all-rounder in the fast-paced service industry. My casual retail employment at Asics allowed me to apply my exercise and sport knowledge to assist customers in selecting appropriate footwear tailored to their specific needs. In this role, I prioritise exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and informed shopping experience. Currently working as a customer service officer at MUFG pension & market services, my duties are to assist members with superannuation account enquiries while ensuring strict compliance with identity verification and security procedures. I handle a wide range of requests, from updating details to processing contributions and withdrawals, while delivering clear, supportive customer service. My work requires attention to detail, regulatory awareness, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment. I am also bilingual with the ability to show fluency in both Japanese and English. Also interested in work opportunities where I can utilise this natural skill in helping those in need. I am eager to further expand my knowledge and capabilities through hands-on experiences and am passionate about learning and growing in a field I love.
