With over 10 years of work experience in customer service, marketing, and office administration, I am a hospitality and communication expert who thrives in fast-paced and dynamic environments. As an Executive Administrative Assistant at Little Caesars Pizza, I support the senior leadership team with scheduling, travel arrangements, event planning, and correspondence. I also collaborate with the marketing department to create and distribute promotional materials, conduct market research, and analyze customer feedback. Previously, I worked as a Marketing Analyst at Ford Motor Company, where I contributed to the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, strategies, and reports. Before that, I was a Customer Service Representative at Audi of America, where I provided excellent service and support to customers and dealers. I am currently obtaining my certification in Marketing from the HCC, and I have completed a few courses in marketing at Houston Community College and Marygrove College.
