About Kokulan Kula

I am presently a Director of Deluxe Stone. My focus is on sales, business development and operational management. My passion has always been in construction which was sparked at a young age when I completed work experience in the factory. I enjoy the creativity of the products, role variety and liaising with an assortment of stakeholders. I am driven by starting with nothing, being involved in the building process, and making something come alive. After many years developing a deep knowledge of the stone and construction industry with Baron Forge, I’ve developed an appreciation for the different varieties of stone and the ability to create a beautiful product. Along with my Co-Director, we identified a gap in the market for a contemporary approach and with the support of Baron Forge, started Deluxe Stone using the latest technology and processes to deliver a high-end product for clients. I have proven experience in operational management, project management and business development with an in-depth knowledge of the industry whilst holding a Bachelor of Civil Engineering. I am recognised for my strengths across stakeholder engagement, strategy, innovation, and business development. I specialise in working with commercial and residential clients to produce products that have exceptional craftsmanship combined with bespoke detailing and attention to detail.
