About Kol Jepson

My career over the last decade at IG Wealth Management has taught me so many valuable life skills, but what I have learned and truly taken to heart, is that if you do not love what you do, do something else. That was me. Had reached the capacity for income and challenges at my job and simply working was not enough, I wanted something to call my own. With a couple young children, I needed flexibility in my schedule and the financial opportunity to provide a better future for them. In 2008, I made the career switch to the IG Wealth Management. I had experience supporting advisors at a couple different firms while pursuing my education, but was scared to venture out on my own. 10+ years later, I am sharing my story with other like minded individuals who want more in life and are not afraid to work for it.
