As a Process Engineer for the Abrasive Water Jet at L3Harris Technologies, I’m passionate about optimizing manufacturing processes to drive efficiency and innovation in aerospace. My engineering journey is fueled by a commitment to solving complex challenges and delivering high-impact solutions in dynamic, mission-critical environments. My career at L3Harris began with three impactful internships on the CAD Design Team and the Mirrors & Mounts Team, During this time, I spearheaded a company-wide parts library cleanup process, streamlining design workflows where I reduced verification time by over 50% through innovative process improvements. After serving as a Mechanical Engineer on the Mirrors & Mounts Team until February 2025, I transitioned to my current role as a Process Engineer on February 3, 2025. Here, I focus on enhancing abrasive water jet processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to exceed project goals—like achieving 133% of our Q1 targets. A proud graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology, I honed my skills in SolidWorks/CREO, MATLAB, and finite element analysis, while cultivating a mindset of continuous learning. My technical expertise and collaborative approach enable me to design and refine processes that power aerospace advancements. Outside of work, I stay engaged with the industry by exploring advancements in manufacturing technologies and digital design tools, always seeking ways to elevate my craft.
