About Koltsov Mikhail

Since graduating from university, I have not stopped developing my skills and abilities, constantly studying new technologies and their areas of application. My path began with teaching IT at the university. I devoted the next 13 years to a company that develops, manufactures, sells and maintains modern telecommunications systems (analogue, digital, wired, wireless, etc.). I went from test engineer, team leader, production manager to chief product officer. I was able not only to study modern data transmission technologies, but also to gain extensive experience in team management, conflict resolution within the team, extensive experience in interacting with foreign contractors, resolving numerous issues with the company's clients. In the future, I decided to try my hand at creating my own project (production and supply of power supply equipment), and then my own company. However, circumstances forced me to relocate to Poland and then to Italy, where I work in a transport and logistics company as a project manager (working with key clients) and chief information officer (responsible for all IT systems of the company). Extensive experience in managing teams of various sizes, projects in different areas (IT, telecommunications, power systems, supply chains) and a strong education allows me to confidently state that I will be able to not only cope with the tasks, but also increase the result of the entire company.
