Performance-driven Customer Success Leader with a wealth of experience in managing multiple high ticket accounts, increasing expansion revenue, developing client on-boarding process, setting up end-to-end support structure, aligning product teams with customer expectations and developing robust feedback cycle. In my career, I’ve had the chance to take up roles encompassing Sales, Business Development, Operations, Implementation, Growth Specialist and Customer Success so far, majority of which lies into Digital Health and SaaS products. Have also contributed towards Patient Support Programs, Digital platform for Vaccine and Supply Chain management, Patient Chronic Disease Management. Along with this, collaborated with Healthcare providers across India to help them implement, enhance their medical, practice and patient needs. I learned that my passion lies in empowering users/customers to succeed by aiming to understand their business, objectives, challenges and expectations from a business. As part of the Customer Success team at Zwayam (currently), we enable recruiters to achieve best recruitment outcomes by providing end of end solution that completes entire recruitment process in one single platform from sourcing to on boarding and continuous improvement in hiring process.
