About Komal Kokate

Most great AI and SaaS products don’t fail because of poor technology. They fail because the value isn’t understood fast enough.I work with AI, SaaS, and technology founders to turn complex products into clear growth engines — from product clarity to revenue. As the CEO at MotionGility, I partner with tech companies to drive end-to-end growth across the funnel: awareness, acquisition, activation, retention, referrals, and revenue. Our approach combines data-led growth marketing, conversion-focused storytelling, and design that supports real business outcomes — not vanity metrics. We help teams bridge the gap between:• What they’ve built• What users understand• What actually convertsThe outcomes we consistently drive: Higher conversions through clearer product communication Stronger activation and adoption through better understanding Improved retention and lower drop-offs across user journeys Sustainable growth by aligning product clarity with demandAt the core, my work revolves around one question:How do we make a complex AI or SaaS product instantly clear and growth-ready?If you’re building meaningful technology and want to scale it with clarity and purpose, I’m always open to thoughtful conversations.Let’s connect.
