My name is Komal Sarwal, and I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in Human Resources. I have over five years of diverse experience in customer service and administrative roles. I have been working as a Customer Experience Associate at TD Bank since 2022, where I have developed a solid foundation in financial transactions, building long-term client relationships, and providing investment guidance. In addition, I am bilingual in French, English, and Punjabi, which has helped my ability to serve numerous clients. I am passionate about Human Resources, and my goal is to apply leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills that I have gained throughout my academic and professional background. My experience at the Canada Border Services Agency enabled me to assist several clients with NEXUS applications, specifically providing tailored solutions and guidance to resolve any issues. This professional experience has honed my ability to better understand customer needs and improve communication skills when providing solutions and maintaining professionalism. Overall, I am interested in leveraging my background in customer service to work in talent acquisition in corporate banking. I am seeking a full-time position in the Human Resources industry to further develop my knowledge and skills in talent management, organizational behaviour, and employee engagement. I am eager to contribute my skills in customer service, team work, leadership, and problem-solving to a Human Resources position.
