I strive to optimize patient outcomes using evidence-based practices and collaborative care. My strong interpersonal and communication skills make me an effective leader for my staff as well as maintain positive patient relations. My priorities are organization and documentation to ensure patient safety and continuity of care. I have served as a mentor for future pharmacists and for advancing pharmacy practices through vaccinations and minor ailment prescribing and I have experience with opioid use disorder management, compliance packaging, non-sterile compounding and specialty injectable drug training.
