Konal is a Vice President in EY Parthenon’s Infrastructure Advisory practice, with over a decade of global experience delivering commercial, financial, and strategic guidance on high-impact infrastructure transactions. He specializes in collaborative delivery models, commercial due diligence, procurement, and business case development, offering a holistic approach to complex capital projects. His expertise spans airports, highways, bridges, real estate, zero-emission transit, universities, energy, and oil & gas pipelines. Konal has worked extensively with municipal, provincial, and federal governments, as well as private sector clients, shaping investment strategies that balance operational, financial, and sustainability objectives. Prior to EY, he held roles at KPMG and Louis Berger (a WSP Company), where he specialized in aerospace and defence infrastructure transactions, contributing to major civil aviation and policy initiatives across India.
