About Konark Sharma

Pursuit of Excellence I first saw these words 35 years ago, engraved outside my father’s office when he was Commanding Officer of an Infantry Battalion. I asked him what it meant. His answer shaped how I approach leadership, performance, and people to this day. Excellence is not an outcome—it’s a standard. It’s about raising the bar, delivering impact, and enabling others to do the same. Since 2003, I’ve worked at the intersection of talent, leadership, and strategy—partnering with CEOs and boards to solve complex people challenges and unlock leadership potential. My experience spans both corporate and advisory roles. I began my career with Wipro’s Talent Transformation team and went on to lead global L&D and talent mandates. I’ve also advised clients across industries as part of leading international HR and leadership firms—delivering on C-suite hiring, succession planning, top team effectiveness, and leadership development. Today, I work with clients across India, APAC, MEA, GCC, Eastern Europe, and mature markets like the UK, US, Europe, Japan, and Australia. If you’re leading through growth, transformation, or leadership transition—and need a partner who brings strategic clarity, cultural fluency, and executional rigour—let’s connect. konark_sharma2003@yahoo.co.in coachkonark@outlook.com konark.sharma@mercuriurval.com "Do or Do Not.
