Background

About Konosuke Nagata

As a Director in weConnect, I oversea a broad range of office operations and lead multiple departments that support international companies doing business in Japan. My role covers team management, service quality, client communication, advisory work, operational improvement, and coordination with both local and overseas stakeholders. Through this role, I focus on building scalable and reliable back-office support functions, including areas such as payroll, corporate administration, compliance coordination, and cross-border communication. What I enjoy most is helping teams grow, improving how we deliver services, and bridging the gap between global expectations and Japanese business practices. I aim to create operations that are practical, trusted, and client-focused, while also building an environment where team members can communicate openly, take ownership, and succeed. weConnectDirector
