I am CEO of Yacht Company Sp z o.o. – the company I built from scratch – and I am the CEO at SAILING IS OUR PASSION Foundation – the sole operator of a training yacht I love Poland Since childhood I have been involved in sailing but for more than 20 years, I have done that professionally. This sport determines most of my endeavors – including the private ones. Thanks to experience gained and continuing gaining more as a professional sailor – I successfully bring many of my activities into the business world – which is a priceless value. In my everyday life I support international projects. I deal with: specialized trainings supporting both – long and short-term vision Staff recruitment establishing cooperation with partners/sponsors implementing efficient and proven-to-work solutions My advantage is to have relations in sailing environment that have been built throughout the years and generations even – what enables me to run interesting projects of high quality not only in Poland but abroad as well. As a sportsman, I developed traits that are necessary to run my projects – stress resistance and ability to take instant decisions. No matter the difficulty of the task, I fully engage myself in my work and always bring topics to close. I am a natural leader – sometimes strict, but always fair. When I was a sportsman, it was my daily routine to do mental training that is why today I can look at the problem from different perspectives and am able to holistically help members of my crew – what is crucial for good atmosphere in the team. Besides the mentioned above, my strengths are: commitment and determination, ability to manage the team, building relations and winning contracts, creating long-term vision and its successful implementation My sailing experience, skills and competencies gained – but above all – my personal traits developed while being a sportsman – are translated into business and projects. I perfectly know the needs and notice deficiencies, able to quickly analyze situation, find the solution and benefits of the investment. All that facilitates talks with investors and Key Clients.
