About Konstantina Mandraki

As a Formulation Development Supervisor at PharmaPath, I apply my process engineering and data analysis skills to design, optimize, and scale up novel drug formulations for various therapeutic areas. I work with a multidisciplinary team of scientists, engineers, and clinicians to ensure the quality, safety, and efficacy of our products, following the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. I have a strong background in chemical engineering, with a Bachelor of Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, and a Master of Science in Clinical and Industrial Drug Development from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. I have over five years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having previously worked as a Senior Production Supervisor at PharmaPath and SPECIFAR S.A, a TEVA company. In these roles, I was responsible for overseeing the manufacturing operations, ensuring data integrity, managing the production staff, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. I am motivated by the challenge and opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative and life-saving drugs.
