About Konstantinos Bitsiaras

My University degree on civil and infrastructure engineering has developed an analytic, structured, solution oriented and consistent way of thinking and acting. Further studies in interior design have developed a creative, innovative and resourceful way of working with respect and attention to the slightest component of a project. These together with the constant training that the heavily regulated industry of aviation requires in various forms of airline operations, has equipped me with a variety of capabilities that would benefit any multifunctional organisation. Throughout my carrier I have been working together with people from a various cultural and religious background which makes me a good candidate for any multinational or multicultural environment. If I would have to stream down to four, my values as a leader would be: Responsible – Inspiring – Accessible and Fun. My subordinates would describe me as being supportive, available, open minded, energetic, informative, fair, role model, reasonable, patient, confident, good communicator, trust worthy, reliable, giving clear feedback, setting goals and maintaining standards. and all these with a smile. I am a team player investing in building good relationship with my co-workers in all levels and function, through mutual respect and support. As an individual I keep a high regard for moral values and safety, I am loyal, focused, present, goal oriented and on time with a genuine concern to deliver a high quality product to the end user. I am eloquent and keep a high degree of professional pride with high standards to both myself and others while being down to earth and open to feedback.
