I’m an experienced Executive Corporate Sourcer and Recruiter with a good track record in the Information Technology, Financial Services, and Business Process Services industries. My expertise includes talent attraction, candidate profiling, and interviewing, allowing me to recommend top-notch hires from entry-level to executive positions—including niche and multi-lingual roles across the Asia Pacific region. With a strong foundation in Employer Branding, Executive Search, Customer Service, and People Management, I strive to create engaging experiences for candidates and clients alike. I also bring skills in Employee Engagement, Coaching and Mentoring, Vendor Management, and leveraging Digital and Social Media for effective recruitment. When I'm not connecting great talent with amazing opportunities, you can find me enjoying upbeat music, hanging out with my teenagers, relaxing at the beach, or supporting zero-waste initiatives. I also create polymer clay accessories, a fun skill I picked up in March 2024 thus my passion project Kooky and Kawaii! Plus, I love organizing pop-up garage sales with friends to help declutter and promote sustainability, all while having a bit of fun! My other passion project: Funky Finds PH.
