As Account payable (AP), I have been Involved in Document Processing (DP) in Vendor Invoice Management.Document Processing (DP) in Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) is primarily used to pre-process data before creating SAP business documents. The DP process can be used as a filter to validate,eliminate potential errors and/or duplicates in the vendor invoice documents.I have worked on Different Regions like (Japan, Algeria, France, Hungary, United sates, Colombia, Ablynx, Tunisia).Processed Different Non-Po and PO Invoice processing in VIM (like RFI, standard Approvals, Re- quest for Credit Note (partially, completely), Price Discrepancy, Quantity Discrepancy (stocked Items, Non-stocked Items).Processed PRF and Down payment Invoices.Processed ICMASK and READSOFT Invoices in SAP using VIM.Aware of Back Jobs which are Required to post the Invoices.An Active Team Player who Co-ordinate with FI, MM and Technical ABAP team to resolve is- sues for the Invoices and can able to post the Invoice.Good Knowledge On Application JIRA which as has been used for tracking the results of Testing.
