I have a Bachelor and Master of Science in Sport Business Management from Webber International University, where I learned how to apply business principles and strategies to the sport industry. I have more than 8 years of work experience in fitness and sports-related roles, including as a Student Athlete Advisor at IMG Academy and a Fitness Director at Workout Anytime Franchising Systems. I have strong communication, performance motivation, and presentation skills that I use to engage with diverse audiences, inspire participants, and showcase the impact of our programs. My core competencies include program design, evaluation, and management, budgeting and fundraising, staff training and supervision, and stakeholder relations. I am passionate about creating positive and inclusive environments that foster physical and mental well-being, personal growth, and social responsibility among youth.
