About Kori Fields

A native of Detroit, Kori C. Fields is a fashion merchandising and marketing graduate from The Fashion School of Kent State University. While in school Ms. Fields was actively involved in her community, interned, and volunteered for many prominent companies including LANVIN, IMG, BET, HONEY Magazine, as well as Baby Phat. Kori gained a global perspective of fashion and culture through her study abroad experiences that led her to Italy, France, England, Germany, Switzerland, as well as New York. Those encounters made Kori a well-rounded individual and better equipped her to be a leader to her fellow fashion students. A pioneer, she co-founded MODISTA: Minority Fashion Group, served as President and led the organization to many accomplishments during her time at Kent State University. Before graduating Cum Laude, Ms. Fields was also selected as The Outstanding Student in Fashion Merchandising, an academic and leadership award given to only one student within her entire program.
