About Korrin Doyle

As the Director of Operations, Food Safety and Sanitation at ABM Industries, I leverage my 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in the food industry to deliver facility solutions that meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. My master's level class work in Business Administration from Capella University and a bachelor's degree in biology from Eastern Illinois University, as well as PCQI and HACCP drives my knowledge and expertise in the food industry. I lead a team of 12 managers and oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of food safety and sanitation programs and processes across multiple facilities. I collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide support, information, and solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. I also mentor and coach my team members on career planning, performance improvement, and risk mitigation. I am proficient in various software and tools, such as SAP, LMS, RedZone, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and FSPCA Cert. I am passionate about creating a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration that drives positive outcomes for ABM Industries and its clients.
