Hey :) I'm Kortney, a corporate business gal turned health and fitness coach. After 6 years of struggling with my health in the pursuit of "success", I started losing my light. Determined to feel better, I sought formal education to learn the science behind functional nutrition, weight training and sustainable lifestyle practices.
