I was an Arbitrator. I started as a Subrogation Insurance Assistant, at Liberty Mutual processing recovery checks and setting up first reports. I worked that job for a year, then I was promoted to a Subrogation Recovery Claims Rep. I worked as a Subrogation Recovery Claims Rep for 6 years. I then applied for a Liability Claims Rep, which I received my Claims Adjusters License, from the University of Central Florida. I was a Liability Claims Rep for 2 years, when I applied for the Arbitration Team. I've been an Arbitrator since 2007, but on the Arbitration Team since November of 2011. I left Liberty Mutual in March 2020 and took a position as an Arbitration Specialist at Afni, Inc. I was furloughed in September and terminated in October due to the Covid-19 pandemic. I am currently working at Subro IQ as a Arbitration Specialist.
