I sell Real Estate on the North East Coast of Florida. The Atlantic Ocean, the world's most famous beaches and the gorgeous mixture of coastal homes are a sight to see and a wonderful investment. I have been fortunate enough to sell and stage numerous properties, making me a multi-million dollar producer in the real estate industry for 21 years. I also founded Looks to Sell, LLC; the area's first Staging Company. My experience of working with numerous Buyers led me to understand the importance of a listing looking like the best product on the shelf so to speak in the best packaging. I earned my designation with StagedHomes.com in the summer of 2006. I knew that I had to give my listings a competitive edge. Since then, my company has since staged hundreds of homes, builder's spec homes, models, condos, business offices, rooms for Halifax Hospital-Brooks Rehab, Assisted Living facilities and charity stagings like Project WARM, a division of the Stewart Marchman Foundation. We also have installed large custom art for the MINI Cooper of Daytona Dealership. We have a team of quality tradesmen and women for just about any project.
