In my current role as a Senior QA Engineer/Salesforce Tester at Cygnet Infotech Pvt. Ltd, I am responsible for actively participating in user story reviews, facilitating UAT planning, execution of UAT, delegating QA work and hours to junior QA resources. I liaise with key stakeholders and developers, coordinating on product design, and offering inputs on the testability of functional elements and product designs. I am highly experienced in setting up, maintaining, and performing test automation frameworks on multiple application platforms, including microservices-based web, front-end, back-end, cloud, and integration. At Conga (formerly known as Apttus), I provided testing solutions for the Apttus Contract Life Cycle Management (CLM) and Configure, Price Quote (CPQ) systems, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud,X-Author for Word & Excel, development of clause libraries and contract templates. I have experience with both Sales and Service Cloud that provides Apttus Customer Support and Customer Management.
