Koshy John is the Director of Sales,Marketing and Innovation in SHV Energy Private Limited India. He began his career in SHV India in 1998 and ardently served the organization in various sales and leadership roles till he was appointed as the Director of Sales, Marketing & Innovation in 2020. He has been the pioneer of innovation in the sales and marketing department through his strategic action plans & implementation, introducing new products and services to have a differentiator position in the market as well as thriving ahead in customer centricity. He has played a vital role in developing the organization's commercial, industrial and Auto LPG segments. As the head of the innovation committee of SHV Energy (India), he helps shape the culture and processes required for innovation to succeed in the organization. He examines possible related business areas and potentials that link the company's future & existing products and technologies in a new context. Being innovation-centric, he strives for digitization and automation with in-built safety and focusing on people and planet through the exceptional energy that is LPG!
